Erica Ruppert’s Seven Stars is a sinful delight. Divided into three parts, dreams, faith, and what comes after, Ruppert teases the reader with modern fairytale retelling and her own additions. From a retelling of Snow White, to hauntings, to a girl ushering in springtime, there is enough to satisfy your imagination.
Ruppert’s style is elegant. This is a savory meal. Each story is a new course, adding another flavor to the collection; be prepared to soar, laugh, cry, and cringe. Ruppert will take you into the sunlight and the darkest places the human mind can travel.
