Terror Films is set to release HANK BOYD IS DEAD across multiple digital platforms on Tuesday, June 27.

Writer/director Sean Melia’s twisted story follows struggling actress and caterer Sarah Walsh (Stefanie E. Frame). She is left alone to tend to the post-funeral gathering for Hank Boyd, a quiet loner who stood accused of a horrific crime. She knew Hank in high school and finds it hard to believe that he could do anything terrible. However, her opinion begins to change after she meets Hank’s brother, David (David Christopher Wells). David is a local cop with a checkered past. Sarah also meets Hank’s dimwitted partner Ray (Michael Hogan), Hank’s very ill mother Beverly (Carole Monferdini), and Hank’s damaged, younger sister Aubrey (Liv Rooth). As the family’s secrets are exposed and the bodies pile up, Sarah must give the performance of a lifetime if she hopes to survive because… Hank Boyd is Dead!

As part of their new World Wide digital release model, Terror Films will release the film in several territories and across multiple digital platforms. Territories hosting the launch include: the U.S., Canada, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Ireland, the U.K., and Pan-Russia. Platforms hosting the release include the following: iTunes, Amazon Instant, Google Play/You Tube, Sony PSN, X-Box, Vudu, Steam, Vimeo On Demand, Roku (Free Flix Tonight, 24 Hour Movie Channel, Free Grindhouse Flix Tonight), and I Bleed Indie.  Terror Films plans to expand the Video-on-demand launch into more international territories, in the coming months.

The film’s official poster and trailer will debut next week. However, this genre distributor has released several stills and two clips for the fans titled “Let me know if you find it” and “Quiet.”
