“Traditional monsters include: vampires, werewolves/shape shifters, mummies, ghosts, witches/warlocks, aliens, dragons, zombies, gorgons, banshees, ghouls, goblins, ogres, onis, ‘Frankenstein’-type monster, golem. Stories can take place at any time (past, present, future, alternate), and can take place anywhere (Earth, sea, outer space, other planets, etc.)”
2000–4000 words preferred, but will consider 1000–15,000 words; pays 1¢/word (to 4000 words, $40 maximum) + copy, on publication.
