The April 2009 issue of Afterburn SF is complete and contains the stories “Family Tree” by Michelle Scott and “Milk-Toothed” by C. L. Rossman.
In addition, they’ve announced that they’re currently closed to submissions. Here’s their web site post:
“Due to a large number of exceptional submissions our publication schedule is full through next Spring. We are still evaluating several submissions and as such do not yet have a final publication schedule. For this reason we do not yet have a date that we will be reopening for submissions. As soon as we do we will announce it here. We hope you the reader are as excited as we are about the upcoming year. We have some exceptional story telling in store for you. We look forward to continuing to bring you the best speculative fiction the web has to offer and hope you will tell everyone you know about Afterburn.”
