Metropolis Pictures Entertainment will premiere its new horror film Never on Sunday on Wednesday June 17th, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at The Fairfax Theatre, 7907 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048. This marks the initial Los Angeles premiere for Metropolis Pictures Entertainment and writer/director Francis Xavier after five successful feature film screenings in Baltimore, Maryland.

Never on Sunday tells the story of Sunday Barlow, a young woman trapped in a marriage with a cheating husband while at the same time battling her own demons from both past and present. As Sunday’s world collapses around her, we witness her transformation from lonely housewife to tormented psychotic. With a breakthrough performance from actress Elissa Dowling as Sunday Barlow, a talented cast and controversial writer/director Francis Xavier (Johnny Come Lately) at the helm; this is the must see movie event of the summer. The film producers will also be handing out vomit bags to the audience as they enter the theatre for this premiere.

The cast of Never on Sunday stars Elissa Dowling (Clive Barker’s Dread), Marek Matousek, Annabelle Gutman , Joe Ochman (Repo), Spanish star Mari Cielo Pajares (Secretos), Lynette Peluso, Tara Alexis, Anna Maria Panici, Heath Harper and introducing Ciara Barrett as Frances.
