Next month’s Fantastic Fiction at KGB reading series, hosted by Ellen Datlow and Gavin J. Grant, will present F. Paul Wilson, author of bestsellers such as The Keep and his series about urban mercenary Repairman Jack. Wilson has written science fiction, horror, medical thrillers, and other work not easily categorized. His most recent titles are Harbingers and Bloodline, both Repairman Jack novels. David Morrell says: “F. Paul Wilson is a great storyteller, and a thoughtful one.” And Wilson’s mother says: “When are you going to write something nice?”

But that’s not all. Also reading will be Thomas Tessier, the author of the novels The Fates, Finishing Touches, Fogheart and most recently, Wicked Things published in June by Leisure Books (a hardcover edition will be coming out shortly from Cemetery Dance). His novel The Nightwalker was published in a limited hardcover by Millipede Press in May, and a new paperback edition of it will be published by Leisure in February.

It all takes place on Wednesday October 17th at 7pm at KGB Bar, 85 East 4th Street (just off 2nd Ave, upstairs.)

For those who would like to see what goes on at these readings, Ellen Datlow has posted photographs of this month’s outing online. You can view them here: Fantastic Fiction
