Joe R. Lansdale’s Vanilla Ride (Knopf), the latest Hap Collins and Leonard Pine adventure, was released June 30, which means Lansdale will be hitting the road for his latest book tour. Here are some stops he’ll be making:
Tuesday, July 7, in Houston, TX: Murder by the Book (2342 Bissonnet St.) for a reading/book signing at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, July 8, in Austin, TX: Book People (603 North Lamar Blvd.) for a reading/book signing at 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 9, in Denver, CO: Tattered Cover (2526 East Colfax Ave.) for a reading/book signing at 7:30 p.m. .
Tuesday, July 14, in Phoenix, AZ: Poisoned Pen for a reading/book signing at 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 15, in San Mateo, CA: M is for Mystery (86 East Third Ave.) for a reading/book signing at 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 16, in Seattle, WA: Seattle Mystery Bookshop (117 Cherry St.) for a formal book signing and “conversation” event at Noon.
Besides the newest title release, Vintage is currently re-releasing the other titles in the Hap & Leonard series with Savage Season, Mucho Mojo, The Two-Bear Mambo, and Bad Chili already available.
