Celebrating their 25th Anniversary, independent home entertainment studio MTI Home Video finds that not even death can take people from us in the supernatural thriller Ghost Image, which is set to be release on DVD August 25, 2009.
Description: When a young video editor loses her boyfriend in a car crash, she finds solace in watching video of him taken the night before he died. When he starts to communicate with her through that video, she must decide if he has broken through the barrier between this world and the next, or has she slipped off into madness.
Ghost Image stars Elisabeth Röhm (Law & Order), Stacey Dash (Clueless), Waylon Payne (Walk the Line), Roma Maffia (Nip/Tuck), and Matthew Del Negro (The Sopranos).
The film was directed and written by Jack Snyder (Footage), with James Dean Schulte (Apocalypse and The Beauty Queen) writing and Srikant Chellappa (director, An American Candidate) also writing and producing.
DVD Extras include: 16:9 widescreen format, 5.1 Dolby digital surround sound, filmmakers’ commentary, Ghost in the Machine: The Making of “Ghost Image,” music video – “Shattered,” deleted scenes, outtakes, interactive menus, scene selection, trailers, and optional Spanish subtitles.
