Dark Shadows Begins Filming Next Year

Producer Richard D. Zanuck told Collider that Tim Burton and Johnny Depp’s plan for a feature film version of gothic soap opera Dark Shadows will kick off next Summer.

The project will be Burton’s first film post – Alice in Wonderland and will be shot in London. This would indicate the film will get a 2010 release. Here’s the video interview: Dark Horizons
