Horror on sea LogoIf you’re an aspiring horror film maker in the UK, or if you will be in the UK for the next Horror On Sea Festival, you may want to take advantage of the opportunity to have your film seen.  Below are details from the Horror On Sea website:

I am delighted to say that I was absolutely staggered by the reception we had for our first Horror-on-Sea festival! I knew we had a powerful line up, but the number of filmmakers who joined us was amazing and it was great to see them swapping ideas with each other, and the fans. As everyone kept telling me, it was such a friendly festival, with plenty of time to socialise in the bar in between screenings. Thanks, everyone, for your support – now lets top this next year!

I am now accepting entries for Horror-on-Sea 2014, although you’ll need to hurry, as the closing date for submissions, on DVD, is 15th September (for further information please contact me at [email protected]).

And, as you can see from the sidebar, I’m pleased to confirm that the venue, the prestigious Park Inn Palace Hotel, has already confirmed special festival rates, with 3 nights for the price of 2 for B&B being excellent value.

So please keep checking back for further updates, and I’ll see you in January!

But before then, don’t forget our second Zombie Walk, down Southend’s iconic pier, on Saturday 2nd November, and we’ll again be screening horror films at the end of the pier around Halloween. Titles to be announced, so keep checking back!
