Tara Quinn of the Sun News reports that Joe Hill, two-time winner of the Bram Stoker Award and past recipient of the Ray Bradbury Fellowship, will visit Cuyahoga County Public Library’s Strongsville branch at 7 p.m. on March 23.

His critically acclaimed debut novel, Heart-Shaped Box, was chosen the Best Book of the Year by Atlanta Magazine, the Tampa Tribune, the St. Louis Dispatch and the Village Voice. He has published a collection of short stories, 20th Century Ghosts and a second novel, Horns. Hill has been hailed as one of the most confident and assured new voices in horror an dark fantasy. He also carries some notoriety as Steven King’s son.

Registration for the Ceveland event is required but the event is free and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase and a signing will be held courtesy of the Friends of Strongsville Branch Library and Mac’s Books-Books on Coventry.
