The collection consists of three contemporary stories featuring spirits who haunt the waterways, shores and marshes of the Old Line State and the mortals who encounter them.

Russell is a former bioscience executive who holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in journalism from Boston University, an MBA from Kellogg and a certificate in creative writing from the UCLA Extension Writers’ Program.
