The Bela’s Brew is a tribute not only to the man, but the city that Bela first passed though when immigrating to the US from Hungary. Chicory infused coffee is the traditional favorite amongst New Orleans natives and this is the Dead Sled spin on that tradition. We take a single origin Colombian coffee and roast it to a medium/high level then infuse it with Chicory to give it a dark nutty and slightly spicy coffee. Enjoy Bela’s Brew Cafe’ Au Lait with a beignet or black if you prefer.
