He is also the executive producer of the Lovecraft feature adaptation The Whisperer in Darkness.

Editor Nathan Shumate is a fiction writer and media critic. His novel The Demon Cross is scheduled for release in the spring of 2011. Prior to Arcane, he served as editor of the PDF fiction magazine Arkham Tales.
