The issue contains the stories “Boots” (letting past mistakes hinder future actions wrongly restricts capability. Driving forward, doing better today what was failed yesterday is the best way to live.) by C. L. Rossmann and “The Battle of Ganymede” by Mark Lawrence. On the Afterburn SF website, publisher Nat Thompson also announces … “I am launching a new publishing venture. Amazon.com has created an entirely new market for authors with their Kindle Wireless Reading Device. I will be publishing short fiction for this market through my company Obsidian River. If this venture is successful I look forward to developing many more titles for this market.”
