It’s been ten years since Douglas Clegg launched Naomi, the internet’s first publisher-sponsored serial novel, and it’s been 20 years this summer since his first novel, Goat Dance, hit the bookstores and launched his career. Now, on the 20th anniversary of his first book, and the 10th anniversary of the first sponsored eserial, Clegg is initiating a new online serial novel. It’s called The Locust, and while it will be released without a fixed schedule, the first installment is up and waiting.
