The MySpace phenomenon Circle of Eight is now available for rent as a full-length feature film exclusively at Blockbuster until January 21st, 2010.
Description: Jessica, a newcomer to the City of Angels, has just moved into a loft on the eighth floor of The Dante, a historic and eerie downtown building filled with friendly twenty-something neighbors who eagerly welcome her into their bohemian world. Or do they?
As Jessica races to unravel the mystery behind a chain of horrifying deaths that only she seems to see, she’ll come face-to-face with the chilling truth behind her connection to The Dante. Join her and her hot neighbor, Evan, in ten intense episodes that offer multiple levels of interaction, including hidden clues, mobile content, an online game and exclusive material that builds the back story of the characters and their relationships and gives the audience the chance to affect their futures.
The rated-R film version of Circle of Eight, which allows fans to watch the series without any interruptions, includes:
- Never-before-seen unrated footage
- An alternate ending, which was previously only available through an interactive game on MySpace
- Behind the Scenes footage explaining the plot of Circle of Eight
- Bonus features including “On Haunted,” a segment explaining the real life mystery surrounding the film’s location, and “A Day in the Life of a PA,” which highlights a day in a new production assistant’s life as he learns the ropes on the set.
Again, Circle of Eight is available exclusively at Blockbuster stores and at Blockbuster online until January 21st.
